We prioritize plant-based ingredients and keep formulas simple. Full INCI lists are shown on each product page.

Do they work for sensitive skin/scalp?
We recommend a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, discontinue immediately.

Can I use your products during pregnancy?
Some contain essential oils — please consult your physician first.

What is the shelf life?
Most products last 12 months after opening. Store in a cool, dry place.

Where are you based?
All products are handcrafted in Alexandria - Egypt in small batches.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes — NaturaGloss products are never tested on animals.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across Egypt. International shipping is coming soon.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

How fast will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
